Just In: Why Kenyans Focus Should Switch To Leaders Who Have Intellectual Nous and Experience In Leading Them. As Makau W. Mutua, a SUNY Distinguished Professor boldily stated; Kenyan electorate has sunk an all time low by installing in leadership positions, leaders that can barely and hardly read a speech. One  wonders if these leaders have this warped logic, Can they  even write if they cannot read. From my primitive customs; I was made to believe that a Leader is a Reader . Reading will automatically unlock the  tripple pillars of communication in LOGOS, ETHOS and PATHOS . They largely deal with logic, credibil ity and emotions.  The lapse we have in leadership where punitive and oppressive policies have been passed in parliament is occassioned by vesting leadership positions to people not fit to hold those offices.
